My name is Britney Joseph. I have five years of experience as a Teacher Assistant and have worked in multiple Montessori schools, where I developed strong skills and gained valuable hands-on experience. I earned my Child and Youth Care diploma from George Brown College in 2021 and am currently completing my Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma.
I have a strong interest in visual art and creativity, which I intentionally incorporate into my daily work with children. I believe that when children are given meaningful opportunities, they can express creativity, build self-esteem, develop independence, and demonstrate their capabilities.
Most importantly, I believe children grow best when they are supported and encouraged as their own unique individuals. At Momentum Montessori, I contribute by creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel confident, supported, and inspired to explore their abilities each day.
